Who we are

Clan of Creators SRL is a creative agency based in Bucharest, Romania, at 70 Dragoș Vodă St. We design websites, run digital marketing campaigns, produce video and brand identity work for clients across Europe and beyond. This page explains how we handle your data when you visit our website or interact with us.

What data we collect

When you browse clanofcreators.com, we collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, time on site, device type, country. This helps us understand which content is useful and which isn’t. We don’t track individuals.

When you contact us via the contact form, email, or phone, we collect what you give us: your name, email, company, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.

If you subscribe to our monthly notes (newsletter), we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email we send.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers beyond the measurement described below. We don’t use it to retarget you across the web. We don’t store credit card information: client invoices go through accounting software or bank transfer, not the website.

Cookies

We use a small set of cookies. Most are functional (remembering your cookie preferences, keeping you logged in if you have access to our internal tools). The rest are analytics cookies for Google Analytics 4. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner on first visit. To change your preferences later, see our Cookie Policy.

Third parties

Our website is hosted in the EU. We use the following third-party services that may process your data. All advertising pixels load via Google Tag Manager and only fire after you accept marketing cookies via our consent banner.

• Google Analytics 4: anonymous usage analytics (which pages get visited, how long, from which country). Logged-in admin users are excluded from tracking. Data stored on Google servers, configured to respect EU privacy rules.
• Google Tag Manager: a tag container that loads analytics and advertising scripts in a single managed place. Doesn’t collect data itself; it deploys the tags listed here.
• Google Ads conversion tracking: measures which Google Ads campaigns lead to actual contact form submissions or relevant actions.
• Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Pixel: measures which Meta ad campaigns lead to actual contact form submissions or relevant actions. May also be used by Meta to build audiences for ad targeting. Loads only after marketing cookie consent.
• TikTok Pixel: same purpose for TikTok ad campaigns. Loads only after marketing cookie consent.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: measures B2B audience characteristics and LinkedIn ad campaign performance. Loads only after marketing cookie consent.
• OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) Pixel: measures which ChatGPT ad campaigns lead to quote requests. Contact details entered in our forms may be sent in hashed form to match conversions. Loads only after marketing cookie consent.
• Google Workspace: email and document collaboration. If you email us, your message is stored on Google servers.
• Hosting provider: server logs (IP address, request timestamps) kept for 30 days for security and debugging.

Decline marketing cookies in the banner and no advertising pixel will fire on your visit. Analytics cookies are also optional; only essential cookies (cookie consent itself, login state) load without your consent.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you’re in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data (right to be forgotten)
• Object to specific processing (e.g., newsletter)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@clanofcreators.com. We respond within 30 days, per GDPR requirements.

How long we keep your data

Inquiry emails and contact form messages: 2 years from last contact, unless you became a client (then we keep records per Romanian fiscal law, typically 10 years for invoices).

Newsletter subscribers: as long as you’re subscribed. Unsubscribe = deleted from list within 7 days.

Analytics data: 26 months in Google Analytics, then automatically deleted.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material here, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and (if you’re a subscriber or active client) notify you by email. Small clarifications won’t trigger notifications.
