1. Who you’re buying from

2. What you’re buying
The Website & Digital Audit or the Digital Marketing Audit. Each one includes:
- a scored report across the eight areas on the audit page;
- a fix-first list with the three changes we’d make first;
- a comparison with up to three competitors you name;
- a 45-minute call with a founder.
3. Who can buy
The audits are sold to businesses only. When you pay, you buy on behalf of a company and give us its billing details and tax number.
4. Price, VAT and invoice
Each audit costs €500 plus VAT where it applies. Romanian companies pay 21% VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. Companies outside the EU pay €500. You pay by card through Stripe when you book, and Stripe emails a receipt straight away. The tax invoice comes separately from our accounting team. Romanian companies also receive it through e-Factura.
5. Timing
We start when your brief is complete. You get the report within five business days of that. The call happens within three business days of the report, at a time you pick. If the audit needs access you haven’t granted yet, we tell you, and the five days start once it’s in place.
6. Access to your accounts
For a deeper read, you can give audit@clanofcreators.com read-only access to tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console or your ad accounts. We only read. We never change settings, and we use what we see only for your audit. You can remove our access at any time, and we’ll ask you to remove it after the call. If your accounts hold personal data about your customers, we process it only to run your audit, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Before you send the brief, write to audit@clanofcreators.com and we refund everything you paid. Once you send the brief, the work has started and a delivered audit can’t be returned. If we miss the five-business-day deadline without agreeing a new date with you, we refund everything you paid.
8. The €500 credit
If you hire us to fix what we find, the €500 comes off any engagement of €5,000 or more (before VAT), booked within 30 days of the call.
9. What the audit is, and isn’t
The audit is our professional opinion, based on what we see at the time. It doesn’t guarantee results. Our total liability for an audit is limited to the price you paid for it.
10. Law and disputes
Romanian law applies. If something goes wrong, write to us first at audit@clanofcreators.com and you’ll hear back within two business days. You can also use the alternative dispute resolution service of the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC SAL).
